Twenty years later, implants have become the standard of care for these once compromised patients. We will examine fixed and removable implant solutions that can accommodate any patient's need and budget. A review of technical procedures will elucidate the advantages of the many available choices, including CAD/CAM bars and attachments for removable prostheses and hybrid frameworks and metal ceramic fixed prostheses.
